GTA 5 Sales Hit $1 Billion in Three Days

GTA 5 Sales Hit $1 Billion in Three Days

A lot of people have visited Los Santos.

Take-Two announced this morning that Grand Theft Auto V generated more than $1 billion in retail sales during its first three days on sale. “We believe this marks the fastest that any entertainment property, including video games and feature films, has reached this significant milestone,” Take Two noted in its announcement.
"Grand Theft Auto is a cultural phenomenon and Rockstar Games continues to redefine what can be achieved in interactive entertainment," said Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick. "We are incredibly proud of the extraordinary critical and commercial response to Grand Theft Auto V."
Earlier this week, Rockstar announced that GTA 5 made $800 million in one day. Analysts previously estimated that the game would earn $1 billion in its first month, but it appears they underestimated just how excited people are to visit Los Santos.

  • Terminal locations

Search the indicated locations to find all seven terminals:

Terminal 1 In Chapter 2: Requiem, you will reach a large tower near the end of the mission. Before attempting to go up it, kill the armored Hunters, and look for a main ramp leading up to the central tower's elevator shaft. Search underneath the transparent ramp to find the first terminal. Terminal 2 In Chapter 3: Forerunner, after Master Chief's screen flickers while searching for the first of two objective at the beginning of the mission, Cortana will say "What's that distortion?" The terminal will be directly ahead, on the ground floor of the central Promethean building, below a circular structure with three columns. Terminal 3 In Chapter 4: Infinity, after meeting up with the UNSC allied soldiers, there will be a cutscene. Once the cutscene ends, turn around to find the terminal. Terminal 4 In Chapter 5: Reclaimer, after getting Cortana back, you will be instructed to escape using an elevator. Before using the elevator, go down the hall to your right, as you enter the hall leading to the elevator, to find the terminal. Terminal 5 In Chapter 6: Shutdown, you will fly a Pelican to multiple locations. Once you reach the Production Tower (third tower), Cortana will say you have to locate the control room. Take the gravity elevator up, then cross the energy bridges toward the objective. Once you reach two Hunters, go back across the energy bridge you just crossed, and go to the right to reach a new platform. The terminal is on the backside of the isolated platform. Terminal 6 In Chapter 7: Composer, after killing the two Hunters, there will eventually be a long cutscene with the Dr. Tillson. Once the cutscene ends, look directly ahead for a building with "ATRIUM" written on it. Look below that building, inside a small cave formed by rocks, to find the terminal. Terminal 7 In Chapter 8: Midnight, after crash landing on the enemy ship, you will have to fight Protheans through several chambers. After entering the third room, look behind the central pillar to find the terminal.

  • Tea-bagging enemies

In Multiplayer mode, summon a hologram over a recently killed enemy to tea-bag it.

  • Hidden Conan O'Brien coversations

In Chapter 6: Shutdown, you will be tasked with finding a Pelican at the beginning of the mission. Instead, jump down into the large cargo bay, and go left and straight to find two masked marines standing near a forklift, past a row of Warthogs. Once you find them, they will be silent at first, but eventually start talking. The first marine to speak will always be Conan O'Brien (a late-night talk show host). The second marine to speak will always be Andy Richter (Conan's sidekick and announcer). The following are the three conversations that can be heard:

    Conversation 1
Conan: This is a pretty sweet union we're in.
      Andy: It's fantastic.
Conan: Stand near the crates, but don't ever move 'em.
Andy: Right, right, if anyone even looks at the crates... that's a violation.
      Conan: Ah yeah.
  • Conversation 2
Conan: Don't you think rugs would warm this up a little bit?
      Andy: Absolutely, absolutely.
Conan: Like, literally I'm not talkin' wall to wall, just five area rugs.
      Andy: Mmhmm.
Conan: Or some oriental rugs, and y'know what? Suddenly it's a whole different vibe in here.
      Andy: Right.
  • Conversation 3
      Conan: I think somethin's up.
      Andy: What?
Conan: I think there's gonna be a war with an alien they awoke from an ancient slumber.
Andy: Ooooh, the- wha- that is stupid.
      Conan: I know.
Andy: I mean, I don't know much, I mostly just load crates, but that is stupid.
Conan: Y'know, there's one thing my grandpa told me, "Never awaken an alien from an ancient slumber."
  • Double Rainbow Easter Egg

In Chapter 5: Reclaimer, after you have destroyed the alien mothership and landed in the desert below, get in a vehicle, and keep looking to the left. Eventually, you will pass a large ravine with waterfalls in the distance on the left while going through the canyons. Get out of the vehicle, and look down. Zoom in between the waterfalls in the distance to see a double rainbow. This is a reference to the Double Rainbow viral YouTube video.

  • Red vs. Blue Easter Eggs

In Episode 1: Chapter 5 - The Cauldron in Spartan Ops mode, pick up the DMR at the beginning of the chapter unless you have another scoped weapon. Kill the first group of enemies, then go up the ramp. There will be some physical and energy barricades. Go straight forward from the barricades, and jump onto the ledge. Look down into the lava below using a scoped weapon. There is a small box stuck in the rocks. Shoot it, and you will hear a unique sound. Then, continue through the chapter. Eventually, Red vs. Blue characters will start talking during the regular dialogue. He will say "Caboose: Um, the regular radio guy isn't here right now. Umm... sorry." and "Caboose: Seriously, the regular guy said he would be right back. He's in the bathroom."

In Episode 2: Chapter 5 - Gagarin in Spartan Ops mode, when the chapter begins, go straight, then turn left at the fork to enter a forest area. Hug the wall on the left. Once you enter an area with some yellow sacs hanging from the walls and ceiling on the left, look for a barely visible hidden box behind some plant leaves on the rocks, below the yellow sacs on the left (it is about halfway up on your left). Shoot it, and you will hear a unique sound. Then, continue through the chapter. Eventually, Red vs. Blue characters will start talking over the radio, usually after completing an objective. The following are the three conversations that can be heard:

    Conversation 1

Caboose: What does this button do?
      Church: Caboose, don't touch anything.
Caboose: But I'm great at buttons. Hey look at that explosion.
  • Conversation 2
Church: Oh great! You broke it.
Caboose: The fire broke it! Oh see. Oh great, now I'm on fire, too now. Awesome.
    Conversation 3
Griff: Hey Simmons, what do you think this machine does?
Simmons: How would I know? It's a forty-foot seamless monolith with one massive holographic button. It could be anything, from a giant microwave oven to a weapon with enough power to-
      Caboose: [Background screaming!]
      Simmons: Hey, is that Caboose?
      Grif: Probably. He's on fire.

    Defeating Promethean Knights

When there are multiple Promethean Knights in an area, they can be be difficult to defeat, especially on the Legendary difficulty. To kill them easily, make sure you have a mid range weapon (battle rifle, carbine, DMR, light rifle, pistol, etc.) and the shotgun (or equivalent). Start by using your mid range weapon to shoot one of the knights in the head from a distance, but use a low rate of fire to conserve ammo. Fire only one shot every couple of seconds. This will bait him into doing the teleporting-dash across the map to melee you -- bringing him in close and separating him from the rest of the knights. When you see the knight begin to teleport-dash towards you, quickly run backwards and slightly to the side to dodge his melee attack, then switch to your shotgun and shoot him at close range. Repeat this tactic as necessary.

  • Avatar Awards

Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding Avatar Award:

Knight Helmet: Get the "Knight In White Assassination" achievement by assassinating a Knight in any Spartan Ops mission.
UNSC Infinity Hoodie (male/female): Get the "Not Some Recruit Anymore" achievement by ranking your Spartan-IV up to SR-5.
Platinum Mark IV Helmet: Get the "Wake Up, John" achievement by completing the campaign on the Normal or higher difficulty.

  • Easy "Bros To The Close" achievement

  • Easy "Digging Up The Past" achievement

At the beginning of the game, immediately after talking to Cortana outside the cryotube, go down the hallway, and look left to find a set of stairs leading down. Go down the stairs to find a computer. Interact with it to watch a cutscene explaining the story from the first three Halo games, and get the "Digging Up The Past" achievement.

  • Easy "Explore The Floor" achievement

In Chapter 6: Shutdown, you will fly a Pelican to multiple locations. Once you reach the Production Tower (third tower), Cortana will say you have to locate the control room. Take the gravity elevator up, then cross the energy bridges toward the objective. Once you reach two Hunters, stand near the ledge on the platform. When one of the Hunters run at you, use the jet pack to get out of the way. When it falls off the ledge, you will get the "Explore The Floor" achievement.

  • Easy "Give Him The Stick" achievement

It is recommended you set the difficulty to "Easy" before attempting to get this achievement. In Chapter 7: Composer, start at the "Rally Point – Alpha" checkpoint, if you have already completed the chapter. Eventually you will find a scientist that will give you a Thruster. In the next room, you will encounter two Hunters. Run to the gun rack on the opposite side of the room; it is past the circular lowered area, and up the ramp. Grab the Sticky Detonator. If you ran ahead fast enough, the two Hunters should be unaware, allowing you to shoot at their backs. Keep shooting them in their backs with the Sticky Detonator, getting a safe distance away, and then detonating the explosives. Get close to the Hunters, and use the Thruster to get behind them so you can shoot them in the back. It should only take three to four hits to kill each Hunter on the Easy difficulty. Note: Before careful, as it is possible for the marine allies to kill the Hunters as well. If they kill one of the Hunters, you will need to restart from the previous checkpoint, and try again to get the "Give Him The Stick" achievement.

  • Easy "Midnight Launch" achievement

In Chapter 2: Requiem, make your way through the wreckage, and eventually you will find an overturned Warthog. Roll the vehicle over, and get in it. While driving forward, stay next to the left wall. Keep looking to the left, and eventually you will see a half-circular entrance with a ramp inside. You must jump off this ramp at midnight to get the achievement. Once you reach this point, save the game. Then, disconnect the Xbox 360 from the internet, and ensure your saved game file is on the hard drive, and not on the cloud storage. At the Xbox 360 dashboard, go to "System Settings", "Console Settings", and select "Clock, Date & Time". Set the system clock to around 11:50 p.m. to ensure you have plenty of time to reach the ramp again. Play Chapter 2: Requiem again, find the Warthog, drive it to the circular entrance. Press Xbox Guide to view the clock. Once the clock reaches midnight, drive through the entrance and up the ramp. Once you drive off the ramp, you should get the "Midnight Launch" achievement.

  • Easy "Roses vs Violets" achievement

In Episode 1: Chapter 5 - The Cauldron in Spartan Ops mode, pick up the DMR at the beginning of the chapter unless you have another scoped weapon. Kill the first group of enemies, then go up the ramp. There will be some physical and energy barricades. Go straight forward from the barricades, and jump onto the ledge. Look down into the lava below using a scoped weapon. There is a small box stuck in the rocks. Shoot it, and you will hear a unique sound and get the "Roses vs Violets" achievement.

  • Easy "Skullduggary" achievement

Play through any campaign mission on the Heroic or higher difficulty with the Cowbell, Grunt Birthday Party, and IWHBYD Skulls enabled. These three skulls do not increase the game's difficulty by too much, and count towards the "Skullduggary" achievement.

    Resident Evil 5 Game Download

    Game Description

Resident Evil 5 PC Game DownloadResident Evil 5 is a nice First Person Shooter Game released on March 5th, 2009 developed and published by Capcom. Resident Evil’s enemies have developed in parallel to the sequence pacing They started off slow, shambling, and scary with the primary three earlier than breaking into an all-out run by the fourth and fifth. Resident Evil 5 typical enemies, called J’avo, develop tentacle arms, claw fingers, and large moth wings mid-battle as their limbs are blown off. They’re annoying and remarkable and yes, that’s about nearly as good an analogy for Resident Evil 5 as you’re going to get.

Resident Evil 5 shuns the series customary narrative path in favor of containing three different, consecutive cooperative campaigns following a viral risk on a world scale. Leon Kennedy groups up with agent Helena Harper to take care of the G-virus as it breaks out in a small American town in a single marketing campaign, Chris Redfield and Piers Nivans fight Bio Organic Weapons as they spread via China in another, and Jake Muller and Sherry Birkin try to flee mercenaries and mutants in Eastern Europe within the third. There’s also a fourth following Ada Wong that is unlocked after the opposite three are accomplished, though the primary trio will be handled in any order the player wishes.

Though the entire campaigns really feel similar when it comes to their primary elements and pacing, all of them have their very own types and idiosyncrasies. To place it in the plainest terms potential, Leon’s plays like an motion-heavy Resident Evil, Chris’s performs like a Resident Evil army shooter, and Jake’s plays like a extra cinematic, Uncharted-impressed Resident Evil. None play all that much like a conventional Resident Evil, and even an RE4/5 era game they're much faster and more explosive, trading fear for gunfire with out truly addressing the fact that it’s now not a survival horror game.

The cut up marketing campaign works well for the most half, and does an ideal job of creating a large, epic story without making every character really feel like a super soldier. Capcom did a improbable job of retaining each phase separate while nonetheless together with situations that help flesh out the plot of the other campaigns and add context to situations. As a substitute of feeling like completely different chapters of the same story, Resident Evil 5’s campaigns really feel like stand-alone experiences complemented by the existence of different, related moments. That said, it may additionally create a considerably uneven game when performed straight by, as you’ll be met with 4 introductions, 4 climaxes, and four conclusions, as well as a fair share of repeated plot points and gameplay mechanics. Some issues, like the new skill and expertise system, transfer between, but otherwise they're their own beasts.

    Resident Evil 5 PC Game

Followers of shorter single-participant stories will undoubtedly benefit from the capacity to blow by means of any of the campaigns in five to seven hours, whereas those who choose longer narratives will nonetheless be greeted with a single tale that lasts around 25 hours. That’s over two-dozen hours without digging into The Mercenaries, a rating-grind mode; Agent Hunt, a characteristic that lets you jump into the body of an enemy in a stranger’s sport; or trying to return by cooperatively or to hunt down the entire hidden Serpent emblems.

Better but, the campaigns often cross over into the others because the different plotlines converge and diverge, creating some of the most memorable moments the sequence has seen in years. These aren’t just cutscenes, either whenever you play as Leon you’ll run into a piece the place you will fight aspect-by-facet with Chris, prompting the sport to seek for gamers presently playing Chris’s marketing campaign to tug into your game. Intertwining tales can imply transient, fleeting segments of 4-player co-op interspersed all through, making RE5 is already grand, overarching story really feel extra impressive. It also means, however, that some battles or moments are repeated in later campaigns, which may be a problem if the segment wasn’t all that good within the first place.

Repetition is widespread during RE5 many boss battles, the place stories overlap the most and the encounters only change into extra tedious every time you replay them. It’s not because of the precise mechanics of the gameplay, though these are stronger in RE5 than they have been in any of the previous games. Resident Evil 5 sports activities the most important upgrades to the Resident Evil type since RE4. An emphasis is placed on fluidity and motion--a huge departure from the tank-like controls of earlier games. The welcome capability to maneuver and shoot is joined by sliding, crawling, upgraded melee, and a cover system that by no means appears to work right. There are still some moments of slowly plodding via moody corridors, ready for enemies to leap out and scream, but they’re weaved between cinematic moments and large-scale shootouts.

The difficulty, although, is with conflicted gameplay extra particularly, shortage of ammo and an annoying stock system. Resident Evil 5 doesn’t blend horror and explosive action, it merely sits awkwardly between them, leaving you with facing too many enemies with too few bullets. Needing to mix herbs and decide and select which objects to collect might need made sense in the past, but now it feels somewhat redundant, held back even more by inventory administration that doesn't fit. You’ll usually face situations that appear bred specifically to trick you into wasting ammo (and time), resembling near-immortal enemies that want a cutscene to trigger earlier than they are often harmed. These segments aren’t well telegraphed, and it’s often laborious to know if the foe you’re wasting precious ammo on might be hurt in any respect, or if the game is simply biding its time till a fast-time occasion is triggered.

I would say that Resident Evil 5 Game is wonderful. The story is intense and ambitious, and the separate campaigns and the way they interact with one another is an achievement in interactive storytelling. Even the adjustments to the gameplay are strong, and you’ll probably spend a majority of the sport having fun with the bizarre, surprising experience that it takes you on. When you do run into points, although, they’ll be related to the half measures taken in different areas of the gameplay, proving that flat-out abandoning some tropes whereas clinging on to others doesn’t all the time make for nice sequels. Though rough around the edges, Resident Evil 5 continues to be a remarkable creature, and like the J’avo, it’s an interesting transformation, even if it’s not necessarily the prettiest one.

    Call Of Duty 1 Download

    Game Description

Download Call Of Duty 1 PC GameCall Of Duty is rapidly turning into probably the most famous game sequence in video game history. With such fame, it’s easy to miss had been it all started, on the PC. This game is closely over seemed primarily as a result of it was on the PC, the system with the bottom quantity of gamers. Call Of Duty presents outstanding motion all around and is not less than pretty much as good as, and in several methods is solely better than, any related game.

Call of Duty 1 was one of many first shooters I had ever performed and it turned out to change into considered one of my favorite games. This game was additionally my first online multiplayer experience and it was one I will by no means forget. I ended up taking part in this game a lot that it become a trusty baby sitter for my parents.

I really never even heard about this recreation until Christmas when my brother obtained it and the expiation pack. After taking part in it for a few month, I acquired obsessive about the conflict relies on (World War 2) and I truly gained desirous about studying more in regards to the war. The game also got me into Band of Brothers, which is likely one of the best World Battle 2 film series ever made, extremely advocate it when you haven’t seen it.

    Gameplay:
Gameplay is where this sport is at. You alternate from three completely different militaries, The Russian’s, The British’s and the Americans’, each better than the last. In case you have played any Call of Duty from 2 up, then you could be surprised about how much they change. First, there isn't any recovering heath; however you've heath pack scattered around. Second, you may change the mode of fire in your gun in a press of a button.  Also you can carry 3 weapons, a pistol and a couple of main guns. Finally, when sniping, there isn't any holding of the breath; it just stays nonetheless with slightly bit of sway. Apart from that, it’s very similar to the new ones.  If you haven’t performed a Call of Duty, it’s simple. It's a first person shooter so the camera is the place your chest would be. You have got an ammo counter and a map, nice and simple. You primarily simply blow something up or shield an space for five minutes which doesn’t get repetitive as a result of the game is short. Nevertheless if the sport was any longer then it might have the difficulty of being repetitive. With it being semi repetitive, you blow up stuff so typically, it type of loses the entire fun it might have. Most the time you would just run and plant an explosive after which go to your subsequent adjective; not even trying to have a look at the glory of watching one thing blow up. That should offer you an concept of simply how typically you blow one thing up.

The missions are hit or miss, most being a hit. Some missions are very intense and are lots of fun. Nonetheless the misses are REALLY uninteresting and REALLY hard. In most of them, you at all times appear to have to guard a spot for five minutes. Nonetheless, because of them being mostly hard it might take as much as 30 minutes per mission (one took 41 minutes). I guess when you had been enjoying the sport critically, you then gained’t run into issues, IE at all times taking a look at your well being meter and enjoying it strategically. But I assume utilizing bolt-action rifles towards machine gun enemies and charging them with it (don’t knock it until you have got tried it) isn’t taking part in smart.

You can't dash in Call of Duty 1, nor are you able to tiptoe. Whereas standing, you progress at a continuing tempo that's not too gradual and never too fast but is just right. You will haven't any trouble rapidly getting from point A to point B. Nonetheless, while you're working from cover to cover in an area that is underneath fireplace, you may be painfully aware of how susceptible you are. You need to in all probability maintain your head down, and Call of Duty enables you to simply switch between standing, crouching, and prone stances. You move slower whereas crouching--not too slowly although which makes this one of the best ways to get around when within the thick of battle. Movement, in addition to turning, is understandably a lot slower whereas prone. Generally, nevertheless, that is the right option for staging an ambush or staying out of harm's way. As in many shooters, you may also lean around corners in Call of Duty, which generally is a real lifesaver throughout among the game's lethal firefights while you want all the quilt you possibly can get.

    Story:
Call Of Duty 1 game doesn’t have a story besides it being World Conflict 2, but it really doesn’t need one in the first place. Additionally, there no character improvement on this sport, hell there are barely any characters. You do have a name for every army you are in, nevertheless that the one thing you ever learn about them character. Might as well write a reputation on pieces of cardboard and tape a gun to it.

    Multiplayer:
A quite common factor was what is thought was “Rifles only rounds” where all you could possibly get was a bolt motion rifles. Additionally the sport had a descent mod neighborhood; nonetheless I didn’t get into that as a result of I didn’t know what that was at the time. Additionally I don’t think I saw anyone ever hack or glitch so I guess it had good security.
Now: After I went to go and play it was very upset to see solely 15 folks on. There really is no multiplayer now.

    Star Wars: The Old Republic

    What is it? Sci-fi RPG
    Link: Swtor
This online RPG - which cost millions to make - was subscription-based for a year. However, following a relatively underwhelming number of sign-ups, it's now free. Well, to an extent. To get the full experience (which includes modern marvels like the 'sprint' ability) you need to pay, but crucially the story missions can be tackled for nothing. This isn't the totally free fix you're looking for, but as a low-investment entry into a massive, involving MMO that you'll probably enjoy... it's a bargain.

    Hawken

    What is it? Mech shooter
    Link: PlayHawken
When you think 'mech shooter' the first words that spring to mind are 'lumbering' and / or 'slow'. Hawken changes that, by offering the customisation and versatility of walking tanks and combining them with the pace of a proper PC shooter. It's lead many people to dub the game 'Walking World of Tanks'. That's definitely a compliment, by the way. It's in open Beta now, and there's plenty of game to play through before you need to spend a penny.

    Planetside 2

What is it? MMO first-person shooter
    Link: Planetside2
Part MMO, part FPS, all awesome - Planetside 2 is the standard all new Free-to-Play games will need to meet. It takes the Team Fortress 2 approach of giving players the whole game for free, then charging for quicker unlocks or more specialist kit. Not better kit - just different. Crucially, this means you can get stuck in and really find your feet in the game without feeling like a second-class citizen, and chances are you'll want to spend a bit of cash after that to make your experience truly unique. The only real problem is that the barrier to entry is high. The war here is vast and intimidating, so our advice is to take a few friends with you. It won't cost them a thing either...

    Spiderman 2 Game:

    Game Description:

I know there a lot of Spiderman lovers out there who watch the movie and really fond of playing the game just like the movie, here comes the Spiderman game.SpiderMan 2 game, loosely based on Sam Raimi’s second movie. Thought sporting the same name, the PC version of Spider-Man 2 is a very different title from the console games. If you have already played this game then you can also try Spiderman The Movie Game.

The explanation that is such a big deal isn't as a result of another person made an "open-model" recreation or which you can wander or slightly internet sling round city doing something you want at any time. And it is not that the sport relies on the second Spider-Man film, with all the stars, villains, and story developments that follow. That is all high-quality and dandy. It is how unbelievable the web-slinging feels, and what you are able to do with it that adds a gameplay dynamic that is so completely different than another recreation it's hard to put into words. What Treyarch has executed, in reality, is to mix in that just about unattainable dependancy so inherent in Neversoft's Tony Hawk's Pro Skater sequence and meld it with Spider-Man's web slinging in a Grand Theft Auto-fashion open city. It's one hell of an achievement, and it works. Outdoors anyways.

    Spiderman 2 Games Free Download
Ot is targeted at a younger audience of 8 years, Spider-Man 2 servers up a storyline exclusive to the PC. Featuring the ability to go from street level to rooftops for the very first time in a PC Spidey title, the game features a simplified point-and-click control scheme allowing for true mouse and keyboard gameplay. Spider-Man can use advanced and highly realistic web swinging abilities to make his way through 18 missions set in six distinct environments. His opponents include classic Marvel villains like Doc Ock and Puma are there waiting for him......

Spider-Man 2 has tons of little challenges and hidden gadgets to search out all over the giant city by which it takes place. However the game design doesn't take full benefit of the huge metropolis, so as a substitute you will normally end up repeating the identical half-dozen or so tasks time and again, with some distinctive challenges fortunately sprinkled in to maintain things moving. Even with all this repetition, Spider-Man 2 is still an excellent sport, since it does succeed at capturing the sheer thrill of webswinging by way of a metropolitan area. Nevertheless, it also appears like a missed opportunity. With some extra variance in its mission design, Spider-Man 2 really could have been one thing truly amazing.

    Features :

    * An exciting storyline exclusive to Spider-Man 2 PC
    * The ability to go from street level to rooftops, a first in a Spider-Man-based PC title
    * Advanced and highly realistic web swinging abilities
    * A simplified point and click control scheme allowing for true mouse and keyboard gameplay
    * Over 18 compelling missions through 6 distinct environments
    * Classic Marvel villains including Doc Ock and Puma
