Ang UnionBank ay isa sa mga AFFILIATE BANK sa Philippines na pwede mong i-link sa PAYPAL At PAYZA account mo, para ma-withdraw mo into peso ang lahat ng dollars na kikitain mo sa PTC. And Union Bank does not need any minimum balance requirements. However, one must pay 350pesos to open a Union Bank EON CARD.

First: just go to your nearest UnionBank branch bring at least any of your 2 valid ID's such as :

Second: ask the teller at UNIONBANK that you will apply for a Union Bank EON Debit Card. Then bibigyan ka ng form to Fill up. pag tinanong ka ng teller kung para saan mo gagamitin ito sabihin nyo for personal Use and you just wanted to have an EON card..
After this after 3 to 5 working days makukuha mo na ung card mo mismo sa branch na pinag-applyan mo.

How to create or register a Payza account
Payza (was known as AlertPay) is an electronic wallet (e-wallet) payment system founded in 2004 as AlertPay and change its Name to Payza on 14 May 2012, allows any business or consumer to send and receive internet payments securely, quickly and cost-effectively using just an email address, thereby avoiding traditional methods such as checks or bank transfers. With its office headquarters in Montreal, Canada, Payza is available to users all around world.
Payza works the same way as PayPal, but support more countries and have lower transaction rates compared to PayPal.
To start creating Payza account first CLICK HERE and then click on "Sign Up" link.
On the new page you have to select your country, and the type of account you want to create. There are 3 types of account-
PERSONAL Starter: It is the perfect account to get started, send and receive money from friends, family and other payments for FREE. Personal Starter accounts do not have selling tools, but do have easy funding and withdrawal methods. You can have a maximum of 2 emails associated with your account. It has a monthly receiving limit of $400 USD and a cumulative yearly receiving limit of $2000 USD after which your account will automatically upgrade itself to a Personal Pro account.
PERSONAL PRO: There are no receiving limits. You can accept credit card payments and also will have access to features like: Mass Pay (send out payments to groups of people), Integration tools and website payment methods (Buy Now Buttons, Subscriptions and Recurring Payments). Receiving fee is 2.5% + $0.25 per transaction. If you are an active seller or you an avid online shopper, choose the Payza Personal Pro account.
BUSINESS Account: It is tailored to meet all the needs of your online business. If you are managing a business under your business name, this is the account for you. You will have access to numerous online business tools to help your business grow online and you will have unlimited emails associated with your account. You will be able to manage multiple businesses with one Payza account. This account has transaction fees of 2.5% + 0.25 per transaction (additional fees may be applied for certain industries).
The most popular type is PERSONAL PRO but if you want to test it first then open a PERSONAL STARTER.. Select your preferred account type to go to Next step.
Fill the form with your personal data (Use real valid information or you may face trouble to use your account).
After filling the form with all the necessary data click "Next"
On the next page there will be a new form to fill with the details of our account data. These data will be essential for the safety and maintenance of your account.
Fill the Payza account form. When you are on "Third Party" point, just select "No" option if you want to use the account for your own self. But if you want to share it with another person, you can select "Yes" option.
