1. Click HERE to go to the PayPal website (link will open in a new window), you will be redirected to PayPal’s main page like the one below:

2. NEXT, after clicking on the “sign-up” you will be redirected to another page (see below) and you will need to choose the type of PayPal account you’re going to open.  Choose “PERSONAL” account (you can always upgrade later if you want to):

3.  After choosing your preferred PayPal account type, you will see an online form that you need to fill-up (see below):

After clicking on that yellow button you will be redirected to your main PayPal account page, you also see below "Status: Unverified Get verified" Click Get verified and the verification will send to your Email Account "Inbox or Spam" After you see the Paypal verification Click The Long Link to verification.

CONGRATULATIONS!! you now have a new PayPal account!  ^_^
