Swift’s unique Pear Shaped Ham is made from tender cuts of meat and is slightly pink in color. The Pear Shaped Ham provides the perfect combination of sugar and spice, with a bonus salty flavor infused in the mix.
The Jamon De Bola is a round-shaped ham made from tender cuts of lean meat — perfect for the weight and health-conscious. But this ham is anything but boring. On the contrary, the Jamon de Bola is a tasty treat as it is infused with honey pineapple glaze and a blend of Spanish seasonings that lend it a sweet and spicy taste.
The Festival Ham combines the best of the Bone In Ham and Deboned Ham — boneless, whole muscle hams with skin that are netted prior to cooking and smoking, and cured with specially mixed pickling solution. But what sets this scrumptious ham apart is its honey pineapple glaze, which packs more flavor to the meat.
