5 Hour Waiting Time Just for a Signature at the QC Hall

I am posting this to show how QC people are suffering from the long lines at QC Hall just for a single signature from the QC Treasurer's Office, (Step 3) for one signature as final approval before payment. Waiting time is 5 hours, if you are lucky.

This video lasted more than 4 minutes simple walking starting from the first line(by four rows, not single line) to the last. The pila may be longer by now. Umaabot na halos sa exit ng kalye toward QC Circle. While we do understand that they are under staff but something has to be done. I did not edit the video, please bear with the video, i took this walking.

Hope something will be done to end the suffering and chaotic scene at QC hall lobby-up to the exit/or entrance. The video was taken yesterday, Jan 16, 2013 at about 9:00am.
