According to studies, children’s swimming lessons have the potential to

abilities. Chito Rivera’s Learning Aquatic Skills and Services Inc. has
been in the business of providing quality swimming education and is
headed by renowned trainer Coach Chito Rivera. They specialize in
teaching swimming skills to kids as early as 6 months old and adults by
offering 4 swimming courses that fit each development stage.
Get to enjoy 12 sessions under the tutelage of their passionate and
dedicated coaches, whose personalized 1:4 instructor to student ratio
will certainly help you or your child develop all the skills you need to
learn the basics of the sport. Toddlers are given an introduction to
breath-holding, bubbling, and rhythmic kick with paddling, while the
Basic course imparts water safety and the introduction to freestyle
swimming to enrollees. Advance students will be taught the backstroke,
breast stroke, and butterfly apart from polishing their freestyle
stroke, and Competitive enrollees will be able to refine the 2 swimming
strokes and be taught other competitive skills, such as diving, stroke
turns, and be given training modules and drills.
Swimming is a total exercise because it works out the mind, muscles in
the legs, abdomen, shoulders and arms. It’s one of the few sport
disciplines that release a good amount of stress and helps build up
one’s intelligence, personality, emotional, social and physical
character. In addition, Swimming is also the safest exercise because it
gives no stress to the bones, joints and connective tissues and lessens
the risks of injuries since it is a non-contact sport.
