I saw this old man along ortigas avenue he's not a beggar. I just
noticed that he can't walk properly then suddenly he stopped walking and
it's like something's wrong with his tummy. I let him in cos it's
raining hard outside and asked him what's wrong? He answered, "Umatake
po kasi yung sakit ko na liver cancer. papunta po sana ako ng abs-cbn
para humingi ng tulong maipalibing ang anak ko dahil wala po akong
mahingan ng tulong sa cavite 9 days na siyang nakaburol at nangangamoy
na po siya.
Marami na akong nilapitan na politicians at mga kaibigan kaso wala daw
silang pondo at pera. Namatay yung anak ko dahil hindi siya nakatiis ng
gutom kaya sumama siya sa mga kaibigan niya na namulot ng basura, kaso
yung nakain niya may infection ng daga kaya po siya namatay."He also let
me read his son's text message saying "tatay kailangan natin ng 7000
para marelease si jonjon kasi ayaw pumayag ng funenaria na irelease
siya" He doesn't have any money in his pocket, he told me that i can
drop him along EDSA to ride a bus going to Cavite. "Magmamakaawa nalang
po ako sa bus driver na isakay nila ako" that's why i gave him 700 in
able for him to pay his fare and eat his lunch. But i know that won't
suffice his needs. That's why im posting this kasi gusto ko po malaman
kung saan pwede malapit itong ganitong concern.
He needs a check up for his cancer and money for his child. I hope
someone could help him. I tried calling abs-cbn foundation but they
don't have office on weekends, will just try to call on monday. I have
