Salon 'Owner' in Q.C. Allegedly Drove Away Customer


Promo of disasters!

Nag avail ako 2 Rebonding cost 600 each for my sister and mom ng promo from groupon Alps Entertainment salon North Olympus Subd. Bethlehem St. Phase ll and they were booked today. They left 7am to get there at 9pm so they wont get late with they're appointment. 9:30 they called me up aside from sending me text messages asking me to call the salon asap.

As i called I talked to mom and she says "neng sobrang dry daw hair ko kailangan daw ng treatment and keratin, marami silang sinasabi, ganun din kay genessa (my sister) which her hair is natural lang no any other treatment performed for 3 years. When the phone was given to the stylist, she offered me the same treatment and when I told her about my history hindi nya na alam isasagot niya. Mas pwedeng maluto ang buhok nila pag kung ano anong treatment or gamot ginamit niyo. She gave the phone to the person claimed to be the owner.

Ma'am,yung hair nila is dry and kailangan talaga ng treatment and keratin, alam niyo po ba kung para saan yun? kasi kami ang nag aral I am the owner of this salon at ako ang nakipag deal sa Loreal Extenso para maging sponsor namin hindi pwede masira pangalan nila for so whaterever might happen sa buhok ng kasama mo! (mad and mataas na tono ng boses)

Me: Pareho po kasi kami ng condition ng hair ng mom ko which mine is worst dahil mas dry dahil sa iron. dead hair na ako until inoffer sakin ang extenso without any other treatment. ok na po yung hair ko ngayon and we can tell di talaga pwede masira name ng loreal pero bakit pinipilit niyo bentahan kami ng ibang treatment na ayaw namin i-avail? and besides, yung buhok ko is ok naman with extenso lang kaya di na kami mag avail pa ng any other treatment niyo.

Claiming owner: Eh puro naman kayo salita hindi naman namin nakikita yung hair niyo kung totoo ba sinasabi nyo? Malay ba namin kung nagsisinungaling ka? kung ganyan paalisin ko na sila dito hindi namin kayo kailangan hindi namin kailangan pera niyo at irefund niyo pera niyo sa groupon wala dito pera niyo sa amin. (yelling at me) pagkatapos ay pinaalis po sila saying "hindi namin kailangan ang pera niyo!

I never thought we could get this kind of treatment as a customer. This is worst treatment ever. Hindi dapat ipinag pipilitan bilhin ang bagay kung ayaw ng customer which turned my mom and sister to be humiliated and embarrassed by asking them to leave the salon.

As i called DTI for inquiries, mali daw po dahil 600 ang promo pagdating doon hindi sila mag peperform ng rebond unless mag avail ka pa ng ibang treatment na i-offer nila.

They were very excited upon leaving the house. My 15 yrs old sister didn't even go to school for this rebond tapos ganito lang mangyayari. The day before (yesterday) they asked mom to send the condition of both hair. I told them the real condition and advice me to do the same treatments which i refused and i told them about my story. Wala sila any reply about my message or something.

I called groupon to report the incident and asked if I can refund the cash to bring them into other salon nalang, badly, 1 and a half month before makuha ang cash which its my wedding this February 13 the reason why we availed the promo. Hindi na sila mkakapag parebond.

Me and mom have the same hair type but mine is worst. Our hair got dyed and bleached last may 2012. Last December my hair got rebonded from refresh salon without any other treatment, my hair now is very nice and manageable, so i never expected any treatment na kailangan iperform pa with my mom's hair.

Grabe mga nabibiktima ng mga salon na ganito.

Greetings!!! The truth in this story is that the client is being not honest in all details she said... She insist that having loreal Extenso will remove the dry hair due to permanent hair dye... For the rate of 600 Groupon voucher the merchant will just get half of it... The loreal Extenso rate is 3000 for regular... We honestly can give loreal Extenso Rebond but for virgin hair in good condition... Why? Try to research about hair Rebonding the first hair chemical will definite make the hair strand rubberized effect then the ironing can be done... But cannot make the hair soft and shine.... If she claim otherwise she must go to the salon and she her hair... When we ask her over the phone she just insist that she had loreal Extenso re bond and it makes her hair shiny soft and not dry and even makes the hair so tangle free.... Only idiot and imbecile will say those words claiming impossible things... So rather than be branded as money maker we insist to have their voucher for refund...

It is the merchant who called Groupon for the refund and it is process already that's how swift we made and she didi not call groupon because she is still talking over the phone ... It's a big lie.... We have CCTV to show but just to bite on this pie of arrogant woman we better not do it. groupon already knows the case before I gave the one to her mom who is in the salon that time..l this people are swindlers and story tellers.... If you had recieve this kind of client as advice by DTI during seminars we have the option to deny services and request refund and we do our part professionally.. We even explain to her mom regarding this arrogant girl and her mom admitted that she is a brat girl and very arrogant... We had audio recording being save on the file and will be forwarded to Groupon Philippines... That's all sorry for the words but it is needed to be use to clarify our part.
