Infante allegedly put Tolentino’s body in her Toyota Rav-4 and abandoned it at a casino parking lot.
He then called police to report her missing.
The body was discovered on Sunday morning.
Infante was arrested early Monday morning after investigators said they found evidence against him in their home.
Couple lived with their 17-year old daughter in West Covina.
Infante is being held on a one million dollar bail and is scheduled for an arraignment on Wednesday.
