Residents of Lucena City seeking for legal services such as notarial services can now get it done for FREE! This is part of Lucena City Mayor Roderick Alcala's campaign to end red tape and corruption in their city. Not sure until when the FREE service will last. Alcala replaced ousted mayor Barbara Ruby Talaga as mayor of Lucena City.
